Rules and Notices for Posting
- All listings are meant to be 'buyer-to-buyer' only - creators and business owners/employees may reply to ads stating they have products for sale that match what people are looking for, but may not post topics meant to advertise their business. Keep that to your official directory or showcase topic.
- All listings must be based in Canadian-based - all listings must be posted by Canadians or be posted in Canada. We do not accept listings for items located outside of Canada, though Canadians currently abroad may post service/digital listings. Anyone currently located in Canada can post listings meant for Canada. International buyers may reply to ads offering physical items for purchase, but sellers are allowed to decline to ship internationally.
- All titles must include the following information - you must include the proper prefix for your topic and what you are looking for or selling in the title (no vague titles). If this item requires meeting up, please include a general location as well. Example; [AB: Sell] Lot of Marvel Comics - Calgary or [NB: Buy] LF pokemon cards near Mocton.
- All posts should include the following information - if you are talking about an item, all posts should include a price (or range), the location(s) involved, links to any third-party platforms or listings (such as Etsy or eBay links) and item condition. If you are looking to trade, you should include the things you are looking for.
- If possible, use an official platform to buy things online - if you are buying something that needs to be shipped, such as a handmade item or second-hand thing, we recommend using a third-party platform such as Etsy or eBay if possible, as it better protects both buyer and seller.
- Do not post your address or exact location - use a vague location that is close to you or an area of a larger city that you would want to meet in if you are planning to exchange something in person.
- You may bump your post once per 24 hours - excessive bumping may result in the temporary removal of your right to post in this board if you are spamming and pushing other people's posts down.
- Posts that have been fulfilled or abandoned will be locked - please let us - and everyone else - know if your posting has been fulfilled or something has been bought by reporting the post or mentioning a Moderator so it can be locked. All posts that have had no interest or bumps in two months will be automatically locked.
